Cleaning Day!

Team Effort

Time to take off the dirt and dust and get her ready for her travels.... Our friend, and fellow Airstreamer, Walt arrived on the doorstep by 9:00am with cleaning materials in hand! Walt and Fredric took care of the washing and waxing, and I cleaned inside, windows and all other bits and bobbies!

Moment of truth today- time to see if we could get all our gear in the back of the truck!

Phew!  Everything's in, including 2 bags of dog food stuffed inside the spare tires!

Planning Part Two

Just over a week away and we are 99% ready and packed!  We have our rock guard installed, CB radio installed, pressure gauges installed on the tires, inverter installed, additional gas line installed, blackout curtains installed, new storage area installed, and a new hitch - the list goes on - but its all done!  Just one last wash and wax and we will be on the road.
